Investment Objective
The investment objective is to seek a higher and more sustainable level of interest income and not long-term growth in capital.
Investment Policy
The targeted allocation is 100% in fixed income holdings of U.S. government or U.S. government agencies with a 60% target allocation to U.S. agency mortgage-backed securities and 40% to U.S. short-term treasury securities. The Fund can hold up to 20% in Treasury Inflation Protected Securities (TIPS). At management’s discretion, in response to certain changing interest rate environments and markets, the Fund may hold up to 100% in cash or cash equivalents.

An investor with at least a 3–5 year time horizon who desires a high level of interest income.
Investment Options
The Common Trust Funds (CTF) investment options are comprised of funds that are selected from the broad market of mutual funds or of funds selected from mutual fund companies that make an effort to limit their holdings to the stock of companies providing goods and services benefiting society with limited negative effect to the natural environment.
