James ReynoldsExecutive Director
James Reynolds
Executive DirectorJames (Jim) has been with the Brethren in Christ Foundation since 2006, first as Controller then as Executive Director. Previously he was the director of finance, accounting manager, and controller for a variety of businesses and organizations. He received his accounting degree at Delaware Tech in Georgetown, DE.
A member of Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church, Harrisburg, PA., Jim serves as their Financial Secretary and is also the Vice President of the CD Girls Soccer Boosters. In his spare time, Jim enjoys golf, reading, beach trips, and supporting his kids’ sports teams. He loves spending quality time with friends and family, especially his wife Laura, four children, and three grandkids.

John BurnsLoan Officer and Director of Operations
John Burns
Loan Officer and Director of OperationsJohn joined the BIC Foundation staff in 2010 as the Director of Advancement. Today, he serves as the Loan Officer and Director of Operations and is the point person for loan requests. He enjoys working with BIC churches as they consider their next capital project and is passionate about seeing their financial goals achieved.
John and Suzy, his wife of 40 years, have three married children and nine grandchildren who they see often. John is an avid traveler and enjoys leading annual mission trips for his church, Summit View BIC. In his spare time, John enjoys gardening, reading a good mystery novel, and checking out new restaurants.

David FishController
David Fish
ControllerDavid initially joined our team as an intern from August 2012 through April 2013, before becoming the Controller of the BIC Foundation in September 2018. In between that, he graduated from Messiah College (now Messiah University), obtained his CPA license, and worked for CapinCrouse LLP helping Christian non-profits. In his current role, he oversees the financial side of the Foundation, including investments and loans, and is heavily involved in the BIC Pension Fund.
David lives in Boiling Springs, PA with his wife Gabrielle and their two kids. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and everything related to soccer, including cheering on his favorite team, Manchester United. He volunteers with the youth group at Mechanicsburg BIC Church where he and his family attend.

Sean KlecknerAccount Officer
Sean Kleckner
Account OfficerSean joined our team as Account Officer for the BIC Foundation in the Fall of 2021. He has a background in HR and a business degree from Geneva College. He works with the Foundation’s clients to manage existing and new investments. He is also responsible for formulating new investment opportunities, developing marketing plans for the Foundation, as well as helping with information security items.
He has recently coached soccer for Keystone FC and previously volunteered with the youth group at Mechanicsburg BIC (PA.) where his family attends church. Sean lives in Dillsburg, PA. with his wife Carly, their two kids, and two dogs. They like to spend their free time outdoors and enjoy skiing, golfing, and hiking.

Accounting Assistant IIKim has been with the Brethren in Christ Foundation since 1990, first as Trust Officer, then as Account Officer, and currently as an Accounting Assistant. She attended Messiah College and is a member of Cross Roads Brethren in Christ Church in Mount Joy, PA. She lives on a dairy farm with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys riding bicycle.

Juanita RexAccounting Assistant
Juanita Rex
Accounting AssistantJuanita joined the Brethren in Christ Foundation as an administrative assistant in 1989. Today, she splits her duties between the BIC Foundation and the BIC Pension fund: processing mail, entering deposits, and providing customer service among a host of other responsibilities. She feels honored that she gets to serve and support pastors, treasurers, congregations, and constituents through this role as they answer the call to share Jesus in their communities.
In her free time, Juanita enjoys being with friends and family as much as possible. In the warmer months, you will usually find her outside, gardening and doing yard work – which she loves! She also enjoys music and attending theater shows.

Dave StrausserTrust and Investment Officer
Dave Strausser
Trust and Investment OfficerDave holds a B.S. in Accounting from Messiah College (now Messiah University) and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor. He has been a crucial part of the BIC Foundation since 1991. He currently serves as the Trust and Investment Officer for the Foundation and the Plan Administrator for the Brethren in Christ Pension Fund and loves connecting people from around the BIC through these roles.
He lives in downtown Mechanicsburg, PA. and enjoys walking around his community and building relationships with people he meets along the way. He is also a musician and plays trumpet, handbells, and sings at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mechanicsburg. He has three young adult children.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Foundation. It manages the Brotherhood Loan Fund program and exercises the Foundation’s corporate powers. The number of directors is between 3 and 15, the exact number to be determined in accordance the bylaws of the Foundation. Each member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors is elected to a four-year term by the members of the Foundation except the General Treasurer and National Director (formerly the General Conference Secretary) who are directors of the Foundation by reason of their respective offices. The Foundation’s members consist of the General Conference Board of the Brethren in Christ Church plus persons elected to the Foundation Board of Directors who are not also members of the General Conference Board.

Re-appointed to a third term in 2022, term expires 2026Mr. Morejon has been an active member of the BIC family since 1991. He previously served as an officer of the Southeast Conference Board of Directors. Mr. Morejon is now the liaison between the Southeast Conference churches and the Foundation for all loan requests. Mr. Morejon currently serves as the lead Pastor for Zion Church BIC. Mr. Morejon is also the president of Divine Consulting, a firm specializing in the House of Worship market focusing on the areas of Audio-Visual and Organizational Management. Appointed in 2024Mr. Noll is employed by Paxton Ministries, a non-profit Christian personal care home located in Harrisburg PA. Mr. Noll has been in his current role overseeing all financial and human resource aspects of the organization since 1998. Since 2009, He also has provided management and accounting services for a cleaning subsidiary business of Paxton Ministries called Paxton Cleaning Solutions. He serves on the General Conference Board of the Brethren in Christ, U.S. since 2018 and currently chairs the finance committee of the denomination. Appointed in 2013Prior to his appointment as National Director, Dr. Robinson served as Senior Pastor of Carlisle Brethren in Christ Church from 1999 until 2013. Originally from Northern Ireland, Dr. Robinson was active in church planting and pastoral ministry throughout the United Kingdom before arriving in the U.S. Dr. Robinson has served the broader Church by chairing various committees, as Assistant Moderator of Susquehanna Regional Conference and as representative to the National Association of Evangelicals. Dr. Robinson has also served as adjunct faculty at Messiah University, Evangelical Seminary, and International Christian College, Glasgow, Scotland.
