The Common Trust Funds (CTF) are comprised of various investment strategies designed to meet a specific investment objective. Socially responsible investing options go one step further by offering funds that seek to invest in companies whose products and services benefit society and screen out those engaging in business activity that conflicts with our stated core values.

Investment return, while sometimes reduced, should not be the upper most concern for the investor selecting from these options. Even though the process is not perfect, this option can be seen as a valid attempt to be true to one’s beliefs by investing for the good of society and the global environment.

Analytical tools are used to determine the appropriate asset allocation (the strategies’ mix of stocks, bonds and money market exposure) to achieve optimal balance of risk and return. Download the CTF Investor Questionnaire as a tool in selecting the appropriate fund.

Nature of Investment

The Common Trust Funds are not investments in the Foundation and are not insured or guaranteed by the Foundation.

Neither the Foundation nor any of its directors, officers or employees is registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or rendering any advice or recommendation concerning the advisability of investing in or through the Common Trust Funds or investing in, purchasing or selling any securities.
