We’re excited to announce a rise in investment interest rates, effective July 1, 2018.
According to the national average of interest rates for investment banking services, the Brethren in Christ Foundation (Foundation) provides competitive interest rates for investors.
“We’re thrilled you can invest in growing BIC congregations, while earning a competitive return on your investment,” said Executive Director James Reynolds. “Everything invested will fund new or growing BIC congregations, ministries, and pastors.”
Through your investment, the Foundation helps BIC congregations start or grow their ministries, enabling them to purchase, restore, or expand churches. In the last five years, more than 60 Foundation loans have helped churches and affiliated ministries grow.
This July, for example, because of a loan from the Foundation, leaders from New Trail Fellowship, Abilene, Kansas — a church plant ministering to those in the cowboy culture — are going to break ground for their first building, the Ranch House.
Finally, we also support pastors seeking to buy a home or refinancing.
“Our sole purpose is to grow or support BIC’s Kingdom work,” said Jim.
The increased interest rates apply to Stewardship Investment Certificates (SICs) and IRA Notes (Notes).
